American Home Buyers, of the three companies I dealt with, seemed the most reputable to me, in that they made a commitment to me, they honored it, and it was a very seamless process.
I was reluctant at first, but it was a seamless transaction. We agreed on a closing date, the unit actually closed sooner than what we agreed on, and everything was exactly as explained to me; there were no closing costs, and there were no legal fees involved. I actually did not have to do anything, and it took a lot of anxiety off me.
Everything went smoothly, and it was a privilege to work with them. And I would definitely recommend them again. They did say that they were going to pay for the closing costs, and I must say they did pay for all of the closing costs. They kept their end of the bargain.
